Does your property offer immediate beach access?
Yes, there are no streets to cross. The beach is about 50 yards from the property.
Are pets allowed?
No, we do not allow pets of any kind.
Does your property require a minimum length of stay?
Yes, our minimum length of stay is two nights.
May we check-in before 3 pm?
No. Due to our continued commitment to cleanliness, we ask that you do not check-in before 3 pm.
May we check-out after 10 am?
Only during our shoulder months, May, June, September, and October, do we consider late check-outs.
Do you offer free Wi-Fi?
Yes. We offer high-speed internet to all our guests. Whether you are using a smartwatch, smartphone, or tablet, your internet surfing needs will be met.
Does your property offer TV streaming?
Yes. We provide a Roku in all rooms.
Does your property have a pool?
Yes. We offer an outdoor pool from May to October. The pool is open from 9 am – 8 pm.
Does your property offer a hot tub?
Yes. We offer a seven-person spa for adults only from 9 am – 8 pm.
Does your property rent by the week or by night?
We offer weekly (Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, or Sunday to Sunday) rates and nightly rates with a two-night minimum length of stay.
Do you provide linens and towels?
Yes. We provide both linens and towels for the length of your stay.
Does every room have a kitchenette?
Yes, all our rooms come standard with a kitchenette. We provide all pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Some rooms also feature a stove and full-sized refrigerator.
Do you provide ground coffee or coffee pods?
No, we do not. We provide the filters you would need for the standard coffee makers, but you must bring your own coffee or pods.
How far of a walk is it to the Pier?
From our property to the iconic Pier is about 1 mile.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. For a weekly rental, the deposit due would be $425 or $525, depending on the room’s size. A one-night deposit is required for any stays less than seven days.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 30-day notice to cancel your reservation with a $75 cancellation fee. Any reservations canceled within 30-days forfeits the entire deposit.
Do you provide parking?
Yes. All rooms are guaranteed one parking spot. Rooms #2 and #22 are afforded two parking spots.
Is your property smoke-free?
All our units are nonsmoking. However, we do allow smoking outside the building. We ask that you utilize the butt cans to help us keep the property clean.
Are your rooms air-conditioned?
Yes. All rooms come standard with air conditioning.
Do you provide grills for outdoor cooking?
Yes. We provide two grills, located outside the office, on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Do you offer a continental breakfast of any kind?
No, we do not. However, we can suggest some local establishments that will gladly serve you breakfast.
