We are located in a quiet residential area. There are no streets to cross when walking from any unit to Maine's largest sandy beach. Seven miles of clean, white, sandy beach for relaxing, swimming, sunning, and walking. We also offer a heated pool for your enjoyment.

The White Cap Village offers a wide variety of accommodations for you to choose from. One & two room kitchenettes, studios, and one, two, & three bedroom condominiums. All units have kitchens with microwaves, AC, phones, and color cable TV with a DVD. Bring your favorite DVD or rent one from our collection – great to keep kids of all ages occupied. Our area offers activities for every taste! A half-mile walk on the beach or West Grand Avenue brings you to the pier and adjoining amusement parks with shops, restaurants, and your favorite variety of fast food. Two water parks and a theme park are within four miles. Three eighteen-hole golf courses are a short ten minutes drive. Portland's "Old Port District" and its waterfront are 12 miles, as is the 160 store Maine Mall. A forty-five minute drive north are L.L. Bean and many Freeport outlets.
