A variety of condominiums and kitchenette/studios are available to choose from. All accommodations include beach access, air conditioning, kitchen facilities (which include a microwave), maid service, and in-room phones.

Kitchenettes Building A

One Room Unit – These units have either 2 double beds, 1 Queen bed, or 1 King Bed and 2 comfortable chairs. Kitchenette includes under the counter refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, pots, pans, utensils, table and chairs. Cable TV and DVD. Rates for 1 or 2 persons ($10/day for each extra person, maximum of 4 in some units).

Studio Units (Ocean View) – 2 double beds, private balcony with ocean view. Kitchenette includes refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, pots, pans, utensils, table and chairs. Cable TV and DVD. Rates for 1 or 2 persons. ($10/day for each extra person, maximum of 4).

Standard 2 Room Unit – This unit has 1 double or queen bed in the main room with kitchenette and 1 double or 1 double and 1 twin bed in the separate bedroom. Kitchenette includes full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove top, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, pots, pans, utensils, table and chairs. Cable TV and DVD. Rates for 1 to 4 persons.

Larger 2 Room Unit – Unit has 1 Queen bed or sleep sofa in main room with kitchenette. 2 double beds in separate bedroom. Kitchenette includes larger refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, pots, pans, utensils, table and chairs. Cable TV and DVD. Rates for 1 to 4 persons. ($10/day for each extra person, maximum of 6)

3 Bedroom Condo – Poolside – 3 bedroom unit: two bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 set of single bunk beds, living room –full kitchen combo, 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs, cable and DVD player. Rates for 1 to 8 people.

Ocean View Kitchenettes Building C
#24 – 2nd floor, 1 Queen bed and 2 easy chairs, ocean view balcony, full kitchen, cable TV and DVD, Rates for 1 to 2 persons. (Maximum of 2 persons).

#25 –2nd floor, 1 Queen bed and 1 single bed, private ocean view balcony, full kitchen, cable TV and DVD, Rates for 1 to 2 persons. ($10/day for extra person, maximum of 3).

Kitchenette Building E
#38 – Bargain Basement – one room unit with 1 Queen Bed and 1 sleep sofa, full kitchen, Rates for 1 or 2 persons. ($10/day for each extra person, maximum of 4).


CONDOMINIUMS
Condominium Building B

#16 – 1st floor, 2-bedrooms unit. One bedroom with 1 double bed and another bedroom with 2 double beds, full kitchen, living room. Private Deck. Rates 1 to 6 people.

#17 – 1st & 2nd floor, 4-bedroom unit. 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 4th bedroom has 2 single beds, full kitchen- living room combo. Private Deck. Rates 1 to 8
people.

Condominium Building C

#20 – 1st floor, 2-bedroom unit. One bedroom with 1 Queen bed and 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, private deck, full kitchen-living room combo with sleep sofa. Rates 1 to 5 people.

#21—1st floor ocean view 2-bedroom unit. Each bedroom has 1 double bed, large full kitchen, and living room with sofa bed. Rates 1 to 6 people.

#22—1st floor ocean view 2-bedroom unit. One bedroom has 2 double beds and 2nd bedroom has 1 double bed, full kitchen-living room combo. Deck. Rates 1 to 6 people.

#23—2nd floor 1 bedroom unit. Bedroom has 1 double bed, bedroom-living room combo with 1 double bed and 1 sleep sofa, balcony, full kitchen. Rates 1 to 6 people. 

SEASIDE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUMS
All have full kitchens with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, washers & dryers, dishwashers, 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs with DVDs and private decks. 2 reserved parking places for each unit. All UNITS HAVE FREE INTERNET ACCESS
Accommodates 8 or 10 persons maximum including infants & children.

1st floor, 1200 sq. ft.
Private deck and screened in room. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Accommodates 10 people maximum including infants and children.

Seaside Condo #2, 1st floor, 900 sq. ft.
Private deck, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Laundry with office. Accommodates 8 persons maximum including infants and children.

Seaside Condo #3, 2nd floor, 1100 sq. ft.
Private deck, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Accommodates 10 persons maximum including infants and children.

Seaside Condo #4, Great Ocean Views,
2nd & 3rd floors, 1400 sq. ft.,
3 private decks with ocean views. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Accommodates 10 persons
maximum incl. infants and children.

Seaside Condo #5,
1st & 2nd floors, 1250 sq. ft.,
2 private decks. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. Accommodates 10 persons
maximum incl. infants and children.

All Units are Non-Smoking – Due to safety and environmental reasons, White Cap Village provides non-smoking accommodations only. You are free to smoke outside on private and public patios. Thanks you for your cooperation.
